Las Vegas Teen Photo Contest

CALLING ALL TEENS  - ages 14-18:  Ready for a contest? For a FREE custom portrait session?? Here’s how it works:

  1. Submit a recent photo of yourself, by emailing it to me - amy@amyleavittphotography.com. Please make sure you email the photo (don’t just send a link), I cannot accept submissions with links to photos. Photo cannot be taken by a professional photographer.
  2. In your submission, add your name and which High School you go to. I will post all the submissions to my blog for voting. Each photo will have a number.
  3. Send the link to your photo to your friends, family, etc. Ask them to vote for their favorite picture (i.e. YOURS!) on my blog – make sure they know which number you are!
  4. The winner will be announced on October 11th,  based on the total number of votes for each entered image.

The Rules:

  1. Entries must be submitted by October 3rd. I will post all entries on October 4th, and the voting will begin immediately!
  2. ONE entry per person.
  3. You must be a fan of my Facebook page to vote:(http://www.facebook.com/amyleavittphoto)
  4. ONE vote per person per day.
  5. Voting will continue from October 4th-October 9th.  Winner will be announced on October 11th!
  6. Submitted images must be of a teen 14- 18 years of age.
  7. For obvious reasons, photos taken by professional photographers will not be accepted.

THE PRIZE!

The winner will receive a complimentary photo shoot and a CD with 20 of your favorite shots in full-resolution with a print release! Over $500 in value! The session must take place in the Las Vegas area and be redeemed by April 1, 2011. A signed model release will also be required prior to the session. Ready, set, go!!

    Does it matter if you can see the face? I have an awesome pic but it’s just my silhouette…

    Hi Rachel – no that’s fine if you want to submit the silhouette. Just make sure you let your friends/family know which one to vote on!

    Hi Angie – for those just starting out, I would recommend the Canon Digital Rebel xTi – great camera!
