This little cutie had the sweetest expressions – and lots of them! I love photographing kids in their own home (especially gorgeous homes like this). I’m really loving how light and airy these are turning out to be!

Another sweet newborn, and check out the hair! He’s already a rockstar.

There’s just something magical about newborns. I could photograph newborns all day, every day. I love their folds of skin, their “newness”, their floppy little legs, everything!  This sweet baby was no exception, she was such a little angel. ( I automate my watermark, so it just randomly places the watermark in the image, sorry if it’s distracting!)

This is totally what I look like 5 days after I give birth…not.  I love this portrait, not only because she is gorgeous, but I just adore how you can see the love she has for her baby on her face.

Great, easygoing family – plus, I seriously love what they wore to the session!

My friend Jennie and I traveled to Dallas to attend a photography workshop. Unpredictable weather, a near-miss tornado, swine flu fears – our little adventure! I learned so much at this workshop, it was really worth the effort.  Not to mention we were able to shoot child models, newborns and families in the small amount of time we were there.
