Giveaway #8 | Las Vegas Photographer

February 24, 2010

I know this is a photo blog, but I can giveaway non-photography related things, right??  This next giveaway, continuing on the “my favorite things” theme will be a;

$40 iTunes gift card

I’m always listening to something – cooking, driving, writing, editing…I’m inspired and energized by it.  Some of my favorites right now:

Kings of Leon. There’s an ache in his voice. Love it. Great songwriting too.

Amazing cover.

My daughter and I watch this guy’s videos (genius!) then run to the piano and try to play it. Seriously, we spend hours doing this. We’ve got The Scientist, and Life in Technicolor down. He is unbelievably good. His hands were made for the piano.

Ok, I’m getting carried away… To enter to win the drawing for the iTunes gift card, just leave a comment below. Tell me what you love to listen to right now. Entry deadline: March 3, 9:00pm. Good luck!

UDPATE: I have spent an absurd amount on time on youtube checking out all your suggestions…love them! You’ve expanded my musical horizons :)

Her current favorite is Bob Marley (after learning that Get Up Stand Up is her granddaddy's favorite song) but before that one of her favorites for a long time was Beach house. In the middle of the song "No we don't have a lot of money...all we need is love.... We're free as we'll ever be."
