If there’s anything I’ve learned while being in the photography business, it’s that continuing education is crucial – especially for someone like me who seems to fall into ruts sometimes. I recently had the opportunity to watch Joey L on Creative Live. What an eye-opening and inspirational experience! His photos are mind blowing. And watching him work made me pull out my studio gear and try his techniques. I’m loving the results. Can’t wait to work on this more!

Teen Photo Contest | Las Vegas Photography Giveaway

CALLING ALL TEENS - ages 14-18: Ready for a contest? For a FREE custom portrait session?? Here’s how it works:

Submit a recent photo of yourself, by emailing it to me - amy@amyleavittphotography.com. Please make sure you email the photo (don’t just send a link), I cannot accept submissions with links to photos. Photo cannot be taken by a professional photographer.
In your submission, add your name and which High School you go to. I will post all the submissions to my blog for voting. Each photo will have a number.
Send the link to your photo to your friends, family, etc. Ask them to vote for their favorite picture (i.e. YOURS!) on my blog – make sure they know which number you are!
The winner will be announced on October 11th, based on the total number of votes for each entered image.

The Rules:

Entries must be submitted by October 3rd. I will post all entries on October 4th, and the voting will begin immediately!
ONE entry per person.
You must be a fan of my Facebook page to vote:(http://www.facebook.com/amyleavittphoto)
ONE vote per person per day.
Voting will continue from October 4th-October 9th. Winner will be announced on October 11th!

Oh my. What can I say about this session. A good chunk of my photos are blurry because I am busting up laughing behind the camera. One of those families you instantly love. One of those families who really like each other and want to be together. One of those families you want to be a part of. Hope you like the photos, W family, because I need to have another session sometime just so I can laugh like that again. So many favorites, but here are a few.

Yeah! So excited to finally unveil the promo video.

Thanks to Vanessa, Danielle and Brandon Christensen. What can I say about Brandon? He was so easy to work with – he understood exactly what I wanted and was able to arrange it in a way that was artistic, warm and inviting. He’s so good – go HERE to see another video of his I absolutely love. Music by the incredible Amy Seeley.
